The frequency is agreed per property. Plot Safety's core plan uses scheduled visits, with additional visits available when needed.
Can I monitor more than one property?+
Yes. Multiple properties can be grouped into one portfolio with consolidated reporting.
Do you monitor tenants?+
We can record visible property-condition and authorised lease-compliance checkpoints, but we do not conduct intrusive surveillance.
